Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is about walking beside you in your mental health recovery journey. We focus on building trust, connection, and practical support to help you live a more independent, empowered life.

We understand that recovery is not linear. Our approach is flexible, human, and centred on your lived experience.

Our recovery coaching includes:

  • Regular coaching sessions with a strong, respectful working relationship

  • Help to navigate the NDIS and access the supports you need

  • Support to build daily routines, manage change, and reconnect with community

  • Collaboration with your wider support network, if you choose

  • Encouragement to work toward goals that reflect your idea of a good life
