  A structured process to learn about an individual’s strengths, interests, and skills through observation, interviews, and real-world experiences. Discovery helps us see people for who they are — not just their resume.

• Job Carving
  Redesigning or “carving” roles by identifying and reassigning specific tasks from existing jobs to better match a person’s abilities and career goals. This creates meaningful, productive roles that benefit both the employee and the employer.

• Job Creation
  Developing new positions based on what’s learned during Discovery — whether that means a brand-new role with an employer or exploring self-employment opportunities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  Working in partnership with the individual, their family, employers, and support networks to create a sustainable and inclusive employment pathway.
