Find your pathway

Your life. Your interests. Your next step.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Maybe you want to work. Meet people. Learn something new. Volunteer. Try work experience. Start something of your own. Or simply find something meaningful to be part of.

We start with you — and help you work out what your next step could be.

Not sure what you want?

That's okay. That's what we're here for.

We'll get to know you — what you enjoy, what you're good at, what you'd like to try and what you'd like your life to look like.

Then we get out there and start exploring what's possible.

No cookie-cutter programs. No one-size-fits-all pathway.

Just real support, real connections and real opportunities.

Your pathway. Your pace.

Your first step doesn't have to be huge.

It might be joining an activity. Meeting someone in an industry you're interested in. Trying a few hours of volunteering. Visiting a workplace. Starting a course. Selling something you've made. Or applying for your first job.

One step can lead somewhere you never expected.

Support that stays with you

We have your back.

You're not a number.

We get to know you. We follow things up. We make connections. We open doors. And if one pathway doesn't work, we find another.

Because sometimes you don't need someone to tell you what to do.

You need someone beside you to help make it happen.

How it works

What happens in a Discovery Session.

Get to know you

We start with who you are.

We take the time to understand your interests, your strengths, what you've enjoyed in the past, and what you'd like your life to look like. There's no fixed agenda — the conversation goes wherever it needs to.

Explore possibilities

We look at what's out there.

Together we explore what might be a good fit — whether that's work, study, volunteering, community involvement, building a skill, or simply getting out and trying something new. No idea is too small.

Start moving

We help you take the first steps.

We work out what's practical, what might need to happen first, and who can help along the way. Then we start — not just talking about it, but actually doing it.

We have your back

Turn your pathway into action.

This is where we get to work. After your Discovery Session, we help you put your pathway into action. That might mean finding opportunities, contacting people, making introductions, organising what you need, or supporting you to take the next step. We keep things moving and work alongside you as your pathway develops.

Ready to find your pathway?

You don't need to know exactly where you're going. Let's start with where you are.
